Defenders of Truth is a non-denominational, 501c3 non-profit corporation. We are dedicated to publishing Bible curriculum that enables students to apply their learning across spontaneous situations and settings—called critical thinking. This requires discovery and practice. There is nothing like it on the market today.
Here are some examples:
DTBC is committed to the writing and development of focused, strategic, and sequential Bible curriculum unlike any other on the market. The objective of our curriculum is to develop Godly young men and women who know what they believe, why they believe it, what distinguishes their beliefs from other systems, how to withstand and answer cultural shifts, and how to lovingly draw others into a relationship with Jesus Christ.
Paula Morales made her commitment to Jesus Christ at age 5. The daughter of missionaries and church planters, her desire to learn and grow has continued throughout her life. She served 30 years as a public school educator and middle school administrator, where she witnessed first-hand the inadequacies of Christian youth to maintain resilience amid cultural sway and spiritual confusion. She retired in 2013 to pursue the DOT mission.
The DTBC board of directors is composed of five members from various denominations and career backgrounds who are united in purpose and vision. All members, which include an engineer, insurance specialist, middle school mathematics teacher, public school library media specialist, and the board President, bring unique wisdom and talents to the corporation. Board members volunteer their time and are not paid for their service.
